Hawlii Pichette of Urban Iskwew is a Mushkego Cree (Treaty 9) urban mixed-blood artist and illustrator who currently resides in London ON. Born and raised in the small community of Cochrane, located in northeastern Ontario. Her work is deeply influenced by her culture, upbringing, and reflects the beautiful integral interconnections of the natural world.

The Group of Six
The Group of Six is a grassroots organization of six youth artists from Six Nations of the Grand River Territory formed in 2016. Over the years various youth members have created free resources for folks of all backgrounds to celebrate the rich cultural teachings and values of their community.
They have created a free collection of colouring pages and activities, as well as additional resources for Orange Shirt Day.
